I recently got a BFP on a HPT. My first ob appointment isn't for another couple of weeks though. For a solid week my breasts were tender, I felt sick to my stomach, and I had a lot of clear discharge. Then Friday it all went away. Now today I am experiencing a lot of dryness similar to what I experience right before my period.

I haven't had any cramps or bleeding. I'm kind of freaking out because if it weren't for the six positives on the HPT I wouldn't even know I'm pregnant.
