weird feeling in fingers

I'm 37 weeks and for the last 2 days the tip of my thumb has been numb. I didn't want to bother my doctor for that since I see her every week and I will be seeing her in 2 more days so I've just been letting it ride. But now since this afternoon all the tips of my fingers feel that way and they are all red. But it's just on the tips. Should I be concerned and call my doctor tomorrow or is this something that's normal during the last weeks? I'm a first time mom, sorry if this is dum but idk if I should wait till my appointment because it's normal or if I should call in the morning tomorrow.
