thrush caused by lip tie... husband not supportive

JK
I'm really down right now... been fighting thrush for 2 weeks which the pain from that was excruciating at first but we have been managing it and the pain has been getting better...
I still can't go without pain meds tho... tried on Saturday and still couldn't. Yesterday my nipple pain started to come back but wasn't the same stinging feeling of the thrush. It was manageable throughout the day and then at night my right breast especially starting getting pain. Treating it constantly and airing it out totally helps a bit.
Then I discovered on another post about a lip tie... checked my baby's mouth and he has a lip tie... think a degree III or IV like described.
Also read that thrush can be caused by it... my baby has all the other symptoms: clicking sound when eating, gassy/fussy especially after eating, unlatching a lot, gumming/sucking frequently resulting in flat nipples, breast pain...
On top of it, I live in Germany and until now the language barrier hasn't been an issue but now I need my husband to translate somewhat so the pediatrician and gynecologist get a clear picture of my symptoms. My husband is yelling at my because to him I've been acting like I have no pain which is not the case... been managing it and waiting it out to see if the thrush goes away. He now thinks we should have gone to the doc earlier and I explain that I just discovered the lip tie. He doesn't think it's a problem and normal... doesn't want to go. I'll just have to go on my own I guess. He also keep throwing out that we should just do formula and I'm getting so upset by that because I'm working so hard to continue to breastfeed managing the pain and he gets a little frustrated and wants to quit.
Bottom line... check your baby's mouth thoroughly for physical abnormalities and everything because tho it may seem his latch is okay really isn't the case
