Possibly Breast cancer? PLEASE respond

So, I have had this tiny bump on my boob for about 2 weeks now and I just noticed it's bigger. It's slightly itchy, red, and annoying. I tried to "pop" it but it just hurt and there isn't a white head so I doubt it's acne, I'll include a picture. Someone please tell me what you think it is...

Just looks like a small boil/abcyss. Go to the docs and they'll treat for you. It's not likely to be Anything more sinister, but worth checking. Please do NOT try cutting it open yourself, you're just asking for infection and scarring.

Looks like a pimple that's not ready to pop, a cyst, or an abscess. Go to the doctor or try cutting it open and cleaning it out. Unless there's lumps in your breasts, I don't think it's cancer. I've had two loved ones who got breast cancer and they had lumps in their breasts. That's why you should get yearly mammograms. 
Me being me, I would cut it open myself, see if it's pus or if it goes away and then I would go to the doctor if it didn't. 😂 I hate the doctor and try to treat myself whenever possible.
