My Dr Isn't Listening To Me!

I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant with my second child and I have SPD (Symphysis Pubis Disorder). I'm in excruciating pain every step I take, when I stand up and sit down, when I turn over in bed, even putting on pants. I came in to speak with my Dr  and I had to argue with her just to approve me for time off. I've felt on a few Dr's visits that I am not being heard.  I'm concerned that she will not listen to me when it comes to the delivery of my baby. Do you think that I should change my Dr?
