Help please

It all started with me telling me mom I don't want her to live with us for a week when we come home with our baby. It escalated into her saying for eons (yes she said that) having a baby was between a mother and a daughter. What??? Then I finally told her she will also not be in the delivery room. Conversation ended, after 5 hours, with her saying my husband enjoys reprimanding her because he called my sister. She is so mentally unhealthy. She is not accepting ny boundaries. I can't have my son grow up in this environment. She threatens to harm herself or run away. If she does, I will feel guilty. Some advice please? I am depressed and can't sleep.
