My husband snores and it drives me crazy!!! I'm a light sleeper so it's really hard for me to sleep when he's snoring. Have you tried any products that work to prevent snoring?

Yes and i spray his face with cold water when he gets really bad he soon stops looool

Mine does when he sleeps on his back, if it's keeping me awake I usually just bump him until he turns on his side 🙈

Yes, I feel your pain. Best thing we did was have him go to a sleep clinic, where they did a sleep study and found it was due to a collapse in the soft pallet while laying down, relaxed and resting the muscles. He wears a custom fitted mouthguard that pushes his lower jaw forward. All the over counter mouth guards, snore sprays and things never worked but this does and it's a real lifesaver!

It may be positional. Have him sleep on his side. Is he overweight? He may even have sleep apnea. If so, he needs to get a sleep study. Having that is pretty dangerous. Maybe he has a deviated septum and doesnt know it.

He snores a little bit. I can usually sleep through it but if he's exhausted or drunk it's so loud!
