comfort nursing
My son will not sleep through the night 😫 he is 7 months old and he is up 2-3 times a night. He slept amazing until about 5 months old! I know he is not hungry, he is just using me to go back to sleep! Any advice on how to wean him from comfort nursing at night without using the "cry it out " method?
