Tummy time problems

Hi,

So I am very sad..

I've just came back from our regular check up.

My baby girl is 10 weeks old. Perfectly healthy, but.... doctor told us she failed in reaching one of the most inportent milestones.

She can't lift her head, like she should be doing it at this point.

Well guess what? We have NEVER EVER done tummy time. Well we tryed couple of times. She started to cry, shout and panick. So every time we just picked her back after several seconds. Never tryed again. Doctor told us thats why her neck and hand muscles are not strong enough to lift her head.

Well we came back and I tryed tummy time, no success. She shouts, screams, gets red, doe NOT lift her head AT ALL. basically its on the ground fully. She does not even try. Have you ever gone through this problem? How did you solve it? Any tips? Will my baby be able to walk or crawl if I cant manage to give her enought tummy time?. I fell so guilty I did not try my best and gave up. Please help.
