early period?

I am very regular with my period 28 days, give or take a day some months. I got my period twice this month 1st-5th (which is my usual).  I got it again from  11th -14th.  I have been working out and eating less the last two weeks. I also been under more stress than usual. I'm just wondering if anybody else has ever had such an early period?  I'm so regular always this is so strange for me.
