I have a question

Okay so I had miscarriage back in March 19 my due date was October the 14th and I've always had regular periods every month on the same day and even after I had my miscarriage well I miss my period last month on the 5th and I have Cycle 24 every period on my calendar on here because I have missed my period it shows that my cycle is 42 I just do not understand this can someone please help
