Feels like I've been on my period forever

So I pretty much stopped bleeding around 6 weeks after my 6 weeks check up. but then I started my period a couple weeks later and now it wont stop, I've been bleeding for 2 weeks now is that normal ?I thought it would start slowing down but it has just been getting worse. And my stomach hasn't been normal I get sharp pains when I move to fast or sit down to fast, I'm not sure if it's just from my cramps or something worse. I was gunna wait to see if it stops in then next week or so and if not I was gunna go get checked out.
