Nausea at 30 weeks!

I am 30 weeks + 4 days and I have been on Diclegis since the beginning. I have tried 5 separate times to get off of these meds! Today was the fifth try and again I am nauseous and so sick! Is anyone else in the same boat? I don't understand being this far in my pregnancy and still so sick without the meds.
