TMI - I need answers

I know this is a little bit of a tmi but my doctor told me I had a yeast infection and I got the stuff I needed for it to go away ( monistat 7) and I don't know if it went away or not I don't know the signs that will tell me it's gone I don't want my baby to have it when it's time to push him out so if anybody knows will you please tell me I just want a healthy baby. It was about three weeks ago when I got done with the medication and I still have discharge and it's a little smelly but it's nothing out of the normal
