Witch hazel as a toner, but make sure it is alcohol free

Apple cider vinegar. If its a few break outs i dip a q-tip in it and dab it on the pimples for 30 seconds holding it 2x a day. For whole face i mixed the vinegar half with water and would use it with a gauze pad or cotton ball like toner. Yes it smells but once it dries the smell is gone.
