I've tried it a few times - at worst it felt like razor blades being dragged through a ring of fire and at best it felt like pooping backwards. We've done it a few times. Not my favorite. I only like it if I'm in control. Like have hubs sit on side of bed and reverse ride him/sit on him. Then I have control of speed and how much goes in.
