Sleep and feedings 🤔
Hi ladies, FTM here and need some advice on feedings and sleep. My son will be 3 months on December 1st and his last feeding before bed is usually 6 then bath time, lotion, and story then he is in bed by 7:30-8. He likes going to bed early. He usually sleeps until 3:00-3:30 then wakes up and fusses for a bit. I watch on the monitor for 5 minutes or so and see if he settles. Sometimes he soothes himself back to sleep and sometimes if he doesn't within a few minutes I will go in and feed him. My question is, is he old enough to go all night without eating or should I always be feeding him when he wakes up again. Sometimes when he self soothes himself back to sleep he's sleeping until 6:30 am (6p.m-6:30am) and I think that's a long time between feedings. Or should I give it longer than 5 minutes to see if he goes back to sleep. I know they say the 4 month sleep regression comes up and they should get used to not having any extra feedings. I'm stumped ladies . Any advice would be great 😊
