hands ...

I had carpal tunnel before being pregnant, it seems like in the last 2 months it has just gotten progressively worse where my brace is no help! It keeps me up at night my hands burn and go numb also hurt when I open them all the way. Doctor says use my brace and warm soaks. I have had no relief to this!! Anyone else experience something similar ? Any suggestions ?
