Pumping at work!

I go back to work in 2 weeks 😔 and am an EBF mom. She hasn't had a bottle since the first couple weeks when we were supplementing a little as I sorted out my supply issue. For those of you that have gone back to work or have done this before what do you recommend to transition her to mostly bottles while I'm gone? Did you start like a bottle a day for a couple weeks before going back to work? Second question: when you pump at work what is your typical schedule? Do you pump to replace every feed or do you shoot for a specific amount of ounces?
