TMI- CM confused

I am currently at CD 21. I had a peak opk on day 13. So I am 8 days past peak on opk. Assuming I am 7 days past ovulation today.

What does my cm mean..

I thought stretchy was fertile window.

*I've never seen it THIS stretchy, normally just a little stretch*
