ugh! trouble with doctors?!

Moms I need your advice. Okay, so I just got a text from my doctors automated service saying that my appt friday has been cancelled because of a scheduling conflict. Friday is the ONLY day this week I can go to my weekly appt, hence why I scheduled it a week and a half ago and planned my week & my boyfriends week around it. Well I called them to reschedule and was put on hold for over 5 min and then got told by an automated thing that all operators are busy and then got hung up on. Mind you my doctor is 2+ hrs away from my house that's why I always make sure my appts are fridays, so I can go to work in the city as a server on the weekends and make sure the drive is financially worth it. With that being said, should i just get a doctor around here? Would any doctor take me at almost 38 w pregnant? Idk what to do. Also I should add that I've called them 6 times now.
