Need advice

So im 34 weeks this week with my second. Im looking for ideas on how to start getting body ready for labor. Ive had constant cramping and strong BH for the past 3 weeks with no progress what so ever. I wanna slowly start to get things going so any ideas or suggestions would help. I have a repeat csection scheduled for 39 weeks and im trying to go before then so i dont have to have csection. Anything helps!!

I am also booked for a section at 39wks but want to wiggle this baby out before then, I am planning to start having lots of long walks and sex the week before section booked for in the hopes I can have a natural labour. I ate pineapple and curry (not together) last pregnancy and still had to be induced, she finally graced us with her presence 9 days after her due date!! 😂😂 good luck xx

I'm in the same boat kinda! 3rd baby, never had a c-sec though. I'm 35 weeks on Friday and been having contractions on and off for 2 weeks! 😩 it's getting so hard to walk never mind base after my 1 year old and 4 year old! I plan on trying sex, pineapple, squats and walking lots! I already use my birthing ball everyday as it's the only way I can sit comfortably. Good luck!

i might try that. im not trying to induce right away but i wanna get things going. ive started drinking red raspberry tea. and c sections are scary imo so im trying to avoid it
