Bleeding after clitoral orgasm

Me and my boyfriend were just fooling around and he started playing with my clitoris, I orgasamed and when I went to the bathroom afterwards there was a little bit of bleeding. Only spotting but still blood. I am on the Depo and have been for 2 years so I don't get my period anymore. Does anyone know what it could be? Getting a little bit worried.
