35 weeks baby's head ain't fully down and he's laying weird

I'm 35 weeks and he's measuring a big baby he is weighing over 6 pound already and that was at 34+4 this is my second pregnancy my wee girl was born at 37+2 and weighing 5:15 so they are keeping an eye on his growth because with me being so tiny and him being massive well his head isn't fully in my pelvis but they way he's lying his face is looking straight at my right hip and his back is at my left side his bum is at the top of my stomach and his legs and feet are under my ribs on the right side plus his placenta is infront of him does that mean il have to get a c section or have a normal birth?
