C-section issues while trying to conceive

Elaine
Okay so it's been three years since my only C-section I have four daughters. The older 3 where all natural vaginal births. This past year alone I have had 3 chemical pregnancies in which I've tested positive in like maybe a day or two after Auntie Flo is supposed to show then I get this cramping severely and tugging and pulling and then I'm like bleeding profusely like a very heavy menstrual cycle and then it lasts for about five to seven days which is my normal cycle so after that when I test of course it's negative and I'm trying to understand if maybe the C-section has grown adhesions and has given me problems with conception because I never ever had a problem conceiving before my c-section I mean I could blink and I would be pregnant literally like it was crazy. I'm ready to give up and starting to feel crazy so I'm just wondering if anyone else out there is going through this or has gone through this and something was wrong. I have an OB appointment on Friday to get an ultrasound ant to schedule for the injection to see if there are any blockages but in the meanwhile any feedback would be greatly appreciated because this is my week like I'm supposed to be fertile this week and I'm doing everything I can possibly do and I'm just hoping that this is going to be it but in the meanwhile if there's nothing wrong with me and nothing wrong with the semen analysis and I just can't have children anymore I'm going to adopt and that's just going to be that. I swear I really want to push out like 3 or 4 more babies though like I really want to and I'm just so stressed out because it's been like 2 years and nothing. At first it was nothing at all then I started seeing the positives I'm like oh my God I can actually get pregnant like I'm getting positive tests and more than one at that maybe like 11 or 12 because I'm like a habitual pregnancy test taker. None of the pregnancies will stick though at least not as the first 6 weeks if that so I'm losing hope and just trying to see if anyone else is in the same boat or has been in the same boat and what the outcome was please comment please respond please tell me something thank you.
