help 😩 I need tips I don't want to be induced
Went to labor and delivery last night and I'm currently in early labor baby is head down and my cervix is low & soft , I was sent come because I am not in active labor and I am only 3 cms dilated, we are waiting for my water to break . . . 😣
But these contractions are killing me & I have a horrible migraine 😪
Any tips to speed up the process ?
I almost gonna be 24 hours in early labor and my contractions are 8 to 10 mins apart
