Is backpain and leg cramps can be sign of early pregnancy? My periods were supposed to come today but it hasn't arrived yet. During my first pregnancy I had cramps but no back pains or leg cramps in first trimester.

Both sound like af symptoms to me but prego and af symptoms are so similar it's hard to tell. Have you tested
