I've had a problem with sciatica long before I became pregnant & now at 8 weeks it's starting up again. So uncomfortable and I can't do what I have in the past to help the pain, hot soak in tub & Aleve.. I plan on talking with Dr next week at appointment. Any advice on how to help it now that I'm pregnant?
