15 weeks postpartum

Im 15 weeks postpartum im exclusively pumping for my baby 3 weeks ago i finally started my birth control pills norethindrone tablets before i started them we used condoms and pull out method a few times well im on the last week of my pills and still no period i took a test 3 weeks ago to be sure before i started the pill but no period still is this normal i read pumping moms usually get it 8 weeks postpartum
