How to cope if baby's father isn't excited about the pregnancy

I'm currently 8 months pregnant and this whole pregnancy my partner has been very unenthusiastic about the coming of our second child. Which really hurts considering the fact that he was so excited with our first. He won't even touch me anymore more which causes insecurites for me as I get bigger.. Anyone else with a similar problem? If so how do you cope?
