So I am posting this for a younger friend of mine. She'd like to know honest to god opinions on having sex between ages 13-16 (she's 15 almost 16). She wants to know if you believe it's too young, a risk, everything etc. I will be screenshotting it and sending to her. She wants HARSH answers y'all so go ahead and give it to her lol. Yes, I feel it's a little too young. But that's out of personal experience. I had sex at that age. 
Do I regret it? Yes and no. 
The main thing is that she is smart about it as I stated. Annnnnd that you yourself think this is something YOU want. Not because society, because the guy wants it, etc.

Also, if she is having sex just to have sex, wait!! 
Sex is better when it means something. If you have sex with no meaning at a young age, it is very regrettable. 
The likelyhood of you staying with however you have sex with now (if it means something) is probably 50/50. But it's still better if it's meaningful.

I think if you can accept the possibility if becoming a parent then someone is too young. Sex can come with many consequences that many young people aren't ready to handle.

I lost my virginity at 14 and honestly I do regret not waiting. Probably not until she is married but at least until your 100% sure you are ready. And since your questioning your decision, your probably aren't ready. Just wait, trust me you aren't missing out on anything. Plus men do cherish women who has less expierence more, well that's just what my guy friends have told me.

I lost my virginity last year in April (I was 20). It changes you so much. If I could go back and do things over I would. Not that I don't love my boyfriend or sex but I would wait a while. (Currently 21)  Also, I know she wants harsh responses but she has already acknowledged that she's too young. It's not about anyone being angry with her. To me the question is will she be okay with it. Will she be okay if he leaves her two weeks later? Will she be okay if he tells all his friends intimate details that should be kept between themselves?..etc.

I lost my virginity at 15. I didn't tell the guy I was a virgin. Didn't even like him that much, definitely wasn't love. It was shit, I thought that's how sex was. Thankfully it only lasted 10 seconds max. Didn't see him again! I definitely regret not waiting until I met someone I really liked & trusted. I don't think it's so much the age, but rather your maturity and the person you're doing it with 😊.

I lost mine at 16. Honestly, i think it really is an individual thing. It depends on a lot of factors. How mature is she? How much does she trust her partner? Is she knowledgeable about how to keep herself safer during sex? Is she having sex with someone who can get her pregnant and what is she doing to prevent that? Has she thought about what her choice would be if she /did/ get pregnant? Does she have the financial ability to make the choice she would want? 
There is nothing inherently wrong with sex so there is nothing inherently wrong with having sex younger (as long as her partner is of a similar age and it is uncoerced). But i do think it is important for her to really think about if /she/ as an individual is ready for it. Only she can answer that and there is nothing wrong with /not/ being ready.

You have to be with the right person, I lost my virginity to my BF at 14 and we've been together for 5, almost 6 years and we have a baby on the way. My sister was dating my boyfriends bestfriend at the time and she waited to have sex until she was 18, she said she's so glad she waited until it was with the right guy. (The guy she was with at the time was a total dick and was just trying to get in her pants)
