IB! Someone please help!

I am having a super hard time, and Google is no help. I suffer from PCOS, so getting pregnant is very difficult. Every month I always pray for Mother Nature not to make her visit. This month though is way different! Almost 2 weeks, after having sex threw my ovulation week, I started to feel sick, I didn't have an appetite at all, and the have cramped constantly since then. Like period cramps without the period! Well today a little over a week earlier then I'm supposed to, I went pee and started bleeding. I don't know if it's period though. It's just super pink (not red) and there isn't a whole lot there. Please help me someone, how can I tell if it's IB or my period being weird!
