How do I tell her??

When we decided to try and get pregnant one of the first people I told was my neighbour and friend. She has already an adorable 3 year old and is trying for 2nd but with no luck so far. I have been trying for about 7 months and we have shared many moments of frustration when AF arrived each month. I missed my period by over a week and finally decided to face the music and test. I did one test this morning with fmu and another one in the afternoon after I had drunk lots of water. Both are BFP and obviously I'm very happy and want to tell her. I know she'll be happy for me but I also know the pain of another pregnancy announcement when you are trying and it's not happening. I don't want her to become distant with me. How do I deal with it? Please, I need some advice!
