Factor v leiden and pcos

On may 27, 2009 when I was 17 I was diagnosed with bilateral pulmonary embolism (2 large blood clots one in each lung) I nearly lost my life about a month later I found out I have factor v leiden ( hereditary blood clot disorder) im clot free still today... anyways fast forward to April 2012 I got diagnosed with pcos. I still have regular periods which is weird anyways does anyone else have these two things and what were your treatment options
