babymoon suggestions?

We have both hotel and airline points so we're looking to really make this a trip. We're coming from Pennsylvania and will be going early to mid-February. I've considered Hawaii but worry about Zika. I know it's not currently there but any warm places have the potential. Europe would be amazing. I'm just wondering if at 32 weeks pregnant, I will actually enjoy it. My husband and I love cruises but they all hit Zika spots. 😢
