Sore boob?? Really confused.

Ttc in my 2ww! 10 days past ovulation. I know sore boobs is an early pregnancy symptom. I have 1 sore boob, and it feels like a sharp part around my nipples... Anyone have that?

I have sore nipples. I took a test and it was positive 4 days before period due date.

I'm 10dpo and woke up with really sore boobs. Tested this morning bfn.  5 days till AF.
