Vaccines.

I just had my 12-week doctor appointment, and was told I would need to get a flu shot and also a DTaP in my third trimester. This is my third pregnancy, and I have never been vaccinated while pregnant before. I am not anti-vaccine, I recognize they have their place, but have always been cautious when having my kids vaccinated, choosing to hold off on the optional ones. The amount of vaccines our kids receive now is staggering. Any other mamas have experience with being vaccinated while pregnant? I haven't done a ton of research on it yet, just would like to know if it's common.
