What counts as day one on Clomid??

Hi ladies,
   I've got a message out to my doctor to clarify but as I scan the internet (dangerous!)- it gives me conflicting answers.  Is day one spotting or when there is more going on?  I spotted very lightly throughout the day yesterday but today woke up with an actual flow.   For those with Clomid experience-  When did you start counting day one? 
Thanks a lot ladies,  hoping for that rainbow baby this month!

Spotting is not day 1. The first day of bright red blood is day 1.

Full flow. Spotting doesn't count as per my RE

I'm on Letrozole but my doc said full flow is day 1

First day of any bleeding counts as day one according to my doctor.

I use cycle day one as the first significant bleeding of that cycle. For me, I start with a day of spotting then a moderate flow then a heavy flow and so on. That first day of true bleeding that moderate day is considered cycle day one.
