Trying to conceive after an ectopic

Hello ladies! A little disappointed today after having two negative tests this morning.  I had an ectopic pregnancy in January and had to have my right tube removed. I have been trying to get pregnant since august and have had no luck yet. Has anyone had a tube removed and been successful with conceiving afterwards? Could my remaining tube be damaged? Am I just worrying too much? Help me!
