I just had my first ultrasound and found out I am at risk for placenta previa.  My placenta isn't covering my cervix but it's very close.  They are going to monitor me and I will go back in 6 weeks for another ultrasound in hopes that it will move.  I am 18 weeks now.  They said if it doesn't move by 36 weeks I will need a C-section.  I am nervous because this is around when I started to bleed with my first, luckily I didn't have this issue the first time and the bleeding stopped and we never found a source.  I hear it can be really dangerous if I bleed right now though:-/. Anyone else experience this and what was your outcome?
