confused..

I THINK m having contractions every like 10-15 minutes but they aren't any more painful really than the BH I've been having for a couple weeks.. except for now I'm having some dull back pain and some lower abdominal cramping.. I say I think because they are hard to tell when they stop? Lol ftm so completely inexperienced in this.. appointment yesterday everything was fine only MAYBE a fingertip dilated and about 60% effaced.. am I overthinking?? Help 😩
