Trying To Conceive (TMI Photo)

So I don't typically post super personal things, especially when they're so yucky, but my boyfriend and I have been trying to conceive and I have had brown spotting for about a week now.  I've been having cramps (not severe, just noticeable, ibuprofen usually takes care of it) and then this morning when I went pee, this was on my TP. We have never tried to conceive before and are new to the game; can anyone advise on what this may be, and if I should go to my doctor or not?
