What now..

I recently had surgery. I have a 4 week recovery. 1st week no lifting at all and the other 3 week no lifting over 10 pounds. Which means I'm not able to care for my 7 month old daughter while my boyfriend (her dad) is at work. My mother has her. Well now my mom is bailing and not following the plan we all set up before my surgery. I'm so depressed and an emotional wreck. My family is so fucked up. I don't know what to do because I'm not even allowed to do anything for another 4 days. My surgery was on Tuesday. It took my mom 3 days to fuck everything up and I still have another 3 weeks and 4 days of recovery.
