sorry tmi

This may be tmi but here goes.. my baby is 5 weeks old on Sunday, I stopped bleeding about 9/10 days ago but over the last couple of days, when I go to the toilet and wipe, I have clear discharge with streaks of red blood in it. Does anyone have any ideas why? I thought it may be my periods returning but this is the 3rd day of it happening and no period as yet. Has anyone else had this happen?
