Has anyone successfully cleared up a pregnancy rash on face?

So for several weeks I've had this patch of itchy bumps on the side of my face. They aren't zits because none of them have a head and I've tried popping them, nothing, they just itch. Today they are so bad, though! I know pregnancy just does this, I'm not going to bug my doctor about it, I'll mention it at my next appointment but I was just wondering if any other ladies have had this and gotten it to go away? I've tried coconut oil and it helps the itch but not the redness. Any suggestions?
