keep yourself moving
Well, just finished a 20 mins-30mins walking + lite exercise too keep my body sweating and active. Ever since i found out that i'm pregant i kinda always felt lazy and just wanted to lay down in the bed , if me and my baby gets hungry i eat , and then go back to bed .
