4+3 weeks and NO symptoms. Normal?

The titles says it all, I'm 4 weeks and 3 days and currently have no symptoms.  Other than a few positive pee tests and confirmation from my doctor I don't "feel" pregnant. I know I'm still very early but has anyone else experienced this?

Now that imposter this I'll probably wake up tomorrow with extreme nausea, painful breasts and constipated lol!!

Normal as ever. Usually at 6eeeks is when it all kicks it. Technically fetus is only 2weeks and 3days. Soo give it a few weeks.

I have no symptoms besides some cramping and I'm 4 weeks 2 days. You may be one of the lucky ones 😂

I'm the same 4 weeks and 3 days. I have no real symptoms. My breasts are still sore, and I have mild cramps. But I do feel fatigued, so that is one symptom I have. Well see  what happens as we progress.

Absolutely normal. I was freaking out when I experienced the same thing. I kept saying "ugh I just want to feel something so I know I'm okay". Well here I am nauseous and feeling just yucky all day wishing it would go away lol
