eye drops!!

Im 26 weeks pregnant & got a really bad eye irritation from eyelash glue. I was using Visine & a visine allergy eyedrop. But when I looked it up online it says it's not safe during pregnancy. Should I be worried & stop using it?? I fly home in a few days but I definitely need something for my eyes until then! They're so red.
