really really sore boobs 🤔

I am 8 DPO and I have really sore boobs! To me they seem quite heavy and almost swollen! It hurts to bend over, to go down the stairs, or to even slightly touch them! They even feel sore when I don't touch them! AF is due 25th, could this be a sign for my bfp? 💖
