losing baby weight.
I want to lose baby weight plus more after I have my baby. I want to weight 145 again, the weight I was when I got pregnant was 190. What are some ways I can lose weight fast after having the baby, especially since I don't have a way of working out & won't really have time. Any weight loss methods that worked for any of you? I'm planning to breast feed so I'm not sure if I would be able to take any weight loss pills. I've only gained 7 pounds so far & I'm 23 weeks pregnant. Anything helps !!
